1.1 SALARY AND BONUS POLICY

The company's salary, bonus, and welfare policies are reviewed and adjusted annually to attract the best talent in a competitive labor market while aligning with business goals to ensure sustainable growth for both the company and employees. The salary and bonus policy includes: salary, job-related allowances, a 13th-month salary, bonuses based on position and performance, etc.
